News :
- GOSH/ICH holdings : The catalogue no longer includes the holdings of the Friends of the Children of Great Ormond
Street (GOSH) Library at the Institute of Child Health (ICH). You should use the eUCLid catalogue instead for GOSH/ICH holdings.
How to view & renew your
books

To see which books you have on loan,
which reservations (holds) you have outstanding, and to renew books) follow these steps:
- go to the
WebCat
- click My Account
at the top of
the screen
- to view a list
of the books you have on loan and any reservations (holds) you have
made, click Review My Account, type in your barcode number (this should
be on the back of your ID card) and then click Display
User Information.
- to renew a book, click Renew
My Materials, type in your barcode
number and click List Charged Items, click the tick-box to the left of the book(s) you want to renew and click Renew Selected Items.
A confirmation message will be
displayed. Click OK to finish.
- please note: you cannot renew a book if:
- someone else has requested the book,
- the book is already overdue, or,
- the book has reached its renewal limit (1 week loan books can be renewed only once; 4 week loan books can be renewed up to 3 times).
- please contact the library if you have any problems renewing your books.

The web catalogue was
introduced in June 1997 and contains details
of the holdings of the Rockefeller Medical Library at the Institute
of Neurology (ION). The library catalogue contains
details of the entire book, journal, series and historical collections. It
does not include details of the complete nursing collection or of the article reprints held in the Library
(though records are gradually being added). Records for
post-1990 staff
reprints are not included in the Library catalogue but details are available via our Staff
Publications Database.
